That can be scary, at least a little un-nerving as you practice your manifesting techniques.
My wife and I have a very good friend that we share things about manifesting with. She buoys us we buoy her as we go along thru our daily lives. She really is an inspiration, and a warm hearted, kind individual. You probably have a close personal friend like her.
She recently hit a stumbling block, a big ol’ bump-in-the-road and it left her pretty frazzled. Immediately she exclaimed, “I guess this positive thinking stuff doesn’t work”! I had a chance to talk to her on the phone while all this was happening and reassured her this ‘positive thinking thing’ does work, and IS working.
We didn’t have a chance to talk at length, so I couldn’t pass on this specific reasoning, and the message of todays blog:
IT’S OK IF BAD STUFF STILL HAPPENS, IT’S GOING TO!
It’s our perception of the ‘bad thing’ and how we respond to it that matters most. I can hear you teeth grinding out there, so let me clarify. And directly respond to our friends dilemma.
These ‘bad things’ must occur, to some degree, so that we can get rid of them. So we can clear them out. It is a part of the learning process, and part of the path we are all on. No one is excluded. We all will still get ‘bad stuff’, we will all suffer, or enjoy consequences (depending on your point of view).
It’s necessary, and it’s GOOD!
Look first at our very existence. We are all here to experience, to live, to enjoy life. God gave us free will so that we can interact with our experiences. If they were all good, would we exercise our free will? If it was all bad, would we exercise our free will? More, but not to it’s fullest.
We are here to experience. And all experience is by contrast. We need contrast. We live by contrast.
A blind man doesn’t know darkness, because he has never experienced light. A hot-air balloon needs cool air to rise. We need pain to understand pleasure. it’s that simple.
Understand, I am not saying to just accept everything as it is and stop trying to better your life. I am saying to embrace those ‘bad things’ and understand them for what they are – teaching tools.
Those things that are not in vibrational harmony with our intentions or desires and goals will come to the surface so that we can realize them, and discharge them. Release them. Take all the power from them and focus on what you do want, on your goals and desires.
Dr. Wayne Dyer says that anytime the negative thoughts or bad thoughts try to creep in on him, he immediately dismisses the thought and says “next”!
We will have to go thru situations that are not inline with what you are trying to manifest. Simply say ‘next’ and change your focus back to what you do desire, how you would want the situation to play out. Learn from the experience and then let it go.
Change your focus back to your written desires, to your intentions. Repaint the picture emerging before your eyes to the picture you want to see, the events you want to occur.
Life is good. Get out there and experience it. Become aware. God wants you to have the best. You only need to receive it.
