First turn your head to the right and then turn your head to the left. Repeat this exercise as often as necessary, each time you are offered or tempted to do something that is destructive to your health or in conflict with your goal.
This exercise is effective with many addictions as well. such as smoking, alcoholism and drug addiction included.
